We at DSM incorporate the latest innovative pre-sealing technology to our products. Manufacturing with pre-sealing silicone water repellent admixtures, these admixtures significantly reduce water absorption and hence reduce the possibility of efflorescence, mould or mildew staining. The scientific breakthrough of pre-sealing technology means that the silicone water repellent admixture incorporated during manufacture of the concrete product stays as an integral part of the concrete for its entire life.
Appearances close to natural stone is produced.
Colour-fast surfaces.
Resistance to long-term efflorescence with surfaces remaining pristine.
Resistance to biological growth due to the masonry remaining dry.
Elimination of rising damp at the base of concrete block walls.
The building structure remains dry and is environmentally friendly as evaporation from damp external walls uses energy.
Elimination of erosion damage due to the effects of salt from sea spray or salt-chlorinated pools.
Surfaces do not require painting or maintenance, reducing the lifetime costs of maintenance on the building
We now manufacture 1 out of every 4 blocks as half solid. This allows the builder ease of manipulating corners angles and any other point where cutting is required.
